ATR NDT LLC Refund Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

Scope

This policy applies to online training courses and company training seats purchased through atrndtllc.com, including purchases arranged through an ATR NDT invoice.

Individual courses and assigned company seats

A refund request qualifies for standard manual review when all of the following conditions are met:

  • ATR NDT receives the request within 30 elapsed days of the original payment or, for invoiced purchases, invoice authorization.

  • The learner has completed less than 20% of the course’s required active modules, as recorded by the training platform.

  • The learner has not passed the final examination, received a course completion certificate, or otherwise completed the course.

Eligibility is evaluated using the request time and course records. Exactly 20% completion does not qualify for standard review.

Course opening, seat assignment, or reassignment does not restart the original 30-day period.

Meeting these criteria permits review; it does not guarantee approval. All requests require an ATR NDT administrator’s decision.

Unassigned company seats

An authorized company representative may request a refund or invoice credit for an unassigned seat within 30 elapsed days of the original payment or invoice authorization. These requests require manual review.

Once a seat has been assigned, the individual-course criteria above apply.

How to request a refund

Submit a request through the website’s refund-request controls. If you cannot access those controls, contact support@atrndtllc.com.

Include your account email, course name, order or invoice reference, the affected learner or company seat, and the reason for your request. Company requests must be submitted by an authorized representative.

Course access during review

Submitting a refund request immediately places the affected course or seat on hold. The learner cannot continue lessons, quizzes, or examinations, and the seat cannot be assigned or transferred while the hold is active.

If the request is rejected, the refund hold is released. Original expiration dates and other access restrictions continue to apply; rejection does not restart or extend the course access period.

Submitting a request does not automatically revoke an existing certificate.

Approved refunds and invoice credits

Approved requests cover the entire affected course or seat. Partial refunds or adjustments that preserve access are outside this policy.

For paid purchases, ATR NDT will arrange the approved refund through the applicable payment process. For invoiced purchases, ATR NDT will identify the applicable invoice credit or refund arrangement in its decision. An invoice credit is an accounting adjustment and does not necessarily result in a cash payment.

After the full refund or invoice credit is confirmed, the affected course entitlement or seat is permanently retired and cannot be reused or reassigned. ATR NDT retains the original payment, training, examination, certificate, and administrative history.

Review approval and completed financial processing are separate steps. ATR NDT will communicate the decision and processing status. Payment-provider and bank posting times may vary.

Exceptions and purchase problems

Requests outside the standard criteria, or requests with incomplete historical records, may be reviewed individually. ATR NDT may request additional information before deciding.

Please report duplicate charges, billing errors, or an inability to access purchased training promptly so ATR NDT can investigate and determine an appropriate remedy.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other rights that apply under applicable law.
