2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use our services, we collect the following information:

Account and contact information. Your name, email address, account identifiers, and other information you provide when registering, updating your profile, or requesting assistance.

Company and sponsorship information. Company details, administrator contact information, invitations, roster membership, and records connecting learners with company-sponsored course seats. A company administrator may provide your name or email address to invite you or arrange training.

Purchase and billing information. Course purchases, purchased seats, billing details provided during checkout or invoicing, payment status, transaction references, and refund or credit requests and decisions. Payments are handled through the payment services used by our website. ATR NDT only receives payment completion data from the processor and does not store any payment or credit card information.  Storing payment information with any payment processor is done so at the users own risk.

Learning information. Enrollments, course assignments, first-access dates, exam eligibility dates, lesson acknowledgments, module completion, quiz submission status, and relevant video playback or completion information.

Examination and certificate information. Exam attempts, submitted answers, scores, results, applicable timing and eligibility records, and completion certificates. Certificate records may include your name, course, completion and issuance dates, certificate identifier, and correction, revocation, or reinstatement history.

Proctor information. The named proctor’s name, email address, title or relationship to the learner, the learner’s declaration, its version and submission time, and notification delivery records. Where a course permits self-proctoring, the learner’s account information may be used for this purpose.

Agreement and administrative records. The versions of documents you accept, acceptance dates, and records of relevant account, access, assignment, transfer, support, and administrative decisions.

Communications. Information you provide through inquiries, support requests, or correspondence.

Technical information. Our website and service providers may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, cookies, session identifiers, and diagnostic or security logs. The specific information collected depends on the services and settings enabled on the website.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Create and manage accounts and company relationships.

  • Process purchases, invoices, course assignments, and refund requests.

  • Provide training, track required completion activities, and determine exam eligibility.

  • Administer examinations and maintain completion and certificate records.

  • Send invitations, proctor notices, account notices, and other service communications.

  • Record agreement acceptances and administer access requirements.

  • Respond to support requests and resolve errors or disputes.

  • Protect accounts, prevent misuse, and maintain reliable services.

  • Improve course content and platform operation.

  • Meet applicable legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

4. Learning analytics and proctor declarations

Our informational quiz design uses aggregate response statistics to improve course content, including question-version totals, selected-choice counts, and correct or incorrect response counts. First submissions and retries are distinguished. We retain learner completion and submission records; the intended design does not retain individual informational quiz answer histories. Examination records are handled separately.

For applicable enrollments, exam eligibility uses a waiting period beginning with the first authorized course opening. This waiting period does not measure actual study time. Historical learning-activity records may remain from earlier platform testing or operation.

Video completion information reflects playback activity reported by the browser or player. It does not independently establish a learner’s attention or understanding.

Proctor details and declarations are supplied through the examination workflow. Sending a notice to a named proctor does not establish that the proctor personally signed an agreement or that their identity was independently verified.

5. When we disclose information

We disclose information as needed for the following purposes:

Service providers. We use Wix to operate our website and account services. Other providers may support payment processing, email delivery, video hosting, technical support, or related operations. These providers receive information needed for their services.

Company-sponsored training. Authorized company administrators may receive information needed to manage their organization’s roster, purchased seats, assignments, and sponsored training. Learner information visible or supplied to companies, includes progress, scores, completion records, or certificates. Company administrators may handle information under their own organization’s policies.

Proctor notices. We use the supplied proctor email address to send the applicable proctor agreement or examination notice. Learner and course details appear in this notice.

Legal and protective purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, legal claims, or threats to rights or safety.

Business changes. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable requirements.

At your direction. We may disclose information when you request or authorize us to do so.

ATR NDT does not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use advertising trackers.

6. Cookies, local storage, and external services

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support functions such as login, security, session continuity, and saved preferences. Course features may also use browser storage to preserve playback or resume information.

You can manage cookies through your browser and any preference controls provided on our website. Blocking certain technologies may affect website functionality.

Some lessons or links may use external services, including historical YouTube-hosted course videos. Those services may collect information under their own privacy policies when their content loads or you interact with it.

7. How long we retain information

We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining training and certificate history, resolving disputes, and meeting applicable legal and accounting obligations.

Closing an account, ending company membership, transferring a seat, or processing a refund does not necessarily erase historical training, examination, certificate, transaction, or agreement records.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask questions about our practices.

Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning your information. We will evaluate requests under the laws that apply to your circumstances. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting, and certain records may be retained where permitted or required.

If your training is company-sponsored, contact us about information held by ATR NDT and your company about information it separately maintains.

Send requests to support@atrndtllc.com.

9. Security and processing locations

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information and limit access according to operational responsibilities. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process or store information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

10. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for professional training and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will post the revised policy and its effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
